Project Brief
The project is a modern 4-bedroom duplex, with all bedrooms en-suite and complemented by premium facilities including a walk-in closet, study, prayer room, and a private cinema.

Developement
The size of the land is 520 square meters, with an existing building located at the back of the plot. The necessary setbacks were observed to ensure that the new building could be achieved based on the required length and breadth. The foundation of the project is a pad foundation, with a depth of 900mm to the soil. Oversite concrete was placed and properly compacted before casting was carried out. After this, the structure was brought to life.
